Master Clock System berupa Digital clock dengan memanfaatkan jaringan kabel komputer (Ethernet) yang telah banyak tersedia di perkantoran - perkantoran. Sistem master clock berupa NTP Server yang bisa dihubungkan ke GPS satelit untuk sycronisasi waktu secara real - time dan slave clock berupa NTP Network clocks dalam bentuk jam digital seven segment 4 digits atau 6 digits pilihan. Master clock dan Slave clocks juga bisa terkoneksi dengan internet maupun intranet agar NTP server tersebut dapat di share secara ramai-ramai untuk keperluan satu referensi waktu dalam sebuah jaringan data.

Perangkat ini melakukan sinkronisasi jam digital secara otomatis dan berkala tanpa intervensi manual.
